A Fresh New Resin Patio

Our specialist team completed a stunning new resin patio in the Upminster area. The project covered a total area of 25m².

The homeowner selected the warm and inviting Farmhouse Gold blend, paired with Black Charcoal border blocks to create a sharp, defined finish. The combination perfectly refreshed the worn down garden space, transforming it into a clean, modern outdoor area ready for year-round use.

The existing patio area had become tired and uneven over time. Our team carried out full surface preparation to ensure a strong and long-lasting finish. The area was thoroughly cleaned and levelled before installing the new resin bound surface.

The finished patio is fully non-slip and SUDS compliant, allowing water to drain naturally through the surface. This not only improves safety underfoot but also prevents standing water and puddling.
